Position Overview

We are seeking an Engineer, Scientist, or Programmer with strong Python skills to support a wide variety of analytical, computational, and technical tasks. This position is fully on-site in Doylestown Borough, Pennsylvania and requires 25–50% travel based on project needs.

Work Location: Doylestown, PA 18901 (On Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hours per day

Travel required 25-50%

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Python-based tools, models, and analytical workflows

Perform technical analysis, modeling, simulation, and data processing

Support mission-driven research across multi-domain topics

Coordinate with the owner to deliver high-quality products

Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols

Adapt to changing project requirements

Required Qualifications

Must have a strong proficiency in Python programming

3 years of experience preferred in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or related field

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance

On-site work required in Doylestown Borough, PA

Willingness to travel 25–50%

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Able to work independently in a small business environment

Highly Preferred

Degree in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Active security clearance (Secret or higher)

Experience supporting defense, government, or national-security missions

Familiarity with modeling, simulation, scientific computing, or data analysis
