Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate who is confident in handling customer calls and capable of hosting webinars or online presentations. The ideal candidate is articulate, patient, and able to deliver clear information to clients while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, support, and service-related concerns.
Host webinars, online orientations, or virtual presentations for clients or end users.
Provide accurate product or service information and guide customers through processes.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or support system.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending issues.
Coordinate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Assist in preparing webinar scripts, slides, or presentation materials (as needed).
Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Help improve customer experience by providing feedback to the team.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience as a CSR, call handler, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
Confident speaking voice and strong communication skills, especially for calls and webinars.
Comfortable using webinar platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle different customer concerns.
Can multitask, manage time well, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
Patient, approachable, and customer-focused.
