Key Responsibilities:

Project Estimation: Develop detailed cost estimates for both small and large-scale modernization projects within the elevator industry.

Design Collaboration: Work closely with factories around the world to design and propose modernization solutions tailored to client needs.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales representatives to provide accurate and competitive modernization quotes.

Client Interaction: Assist in conducting meetings to understand client requirements and present modernization designs that align with their goals.

Solution Development: Partner with technical teams to create both temporary and permanent solutions that meet client specifications.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Global Coordination: Coordinate with international factories to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of modernization components.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our modernization offerings.

Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Proven experience in the elevator industry, with a strong understanding of modernization processes.

Estimation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop accurate and detailed project cost estimates.

Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to effectively communicate with clients in the region.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop innovative solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage actively with clients and colleagues.

Self-Motivated: Highly active and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

KFF Grade 1 Certification: A bonus that would be beneficial for this role.
