We are seeking a Public Relations & Marketing Assistant to assist with growing the brand and working on maintaining an excellent public face and voice for the company. You will be a key relationship manager with centers of influence and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Answer emails and phone calls, answer questions, and direct larger inquiries to the appropriate personnel

Assist other staff with media outreach

Assist with community outreach and engagement across multiple platforms

Create, edit, and publish content on various social media platforms, as needed

Maintain calendars appropriately, including an editorial calendar, event calendar, and more

Participate in meetings and strategy sessions within the departmentQualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Familiarity with common computer programs, such as Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and social media publishing platforms

Knowledge of Public Relations best practices

Interest in finance

Curious and interested in learning and contributing
