HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Reporting To: Director
The Size of Company : 25-40 Employees
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, compliance registers, PF/ESIC coordination, and induction formalities.
Ensure field-level HR compliance—PPE issuance, DLR, punching, safety instructions, wage sheet verification, and labour documentation.
Handle administration, travel arrangements, office management, and vendor coordination.
Prepare HR MIS such as attrition, manpower status, recruitment tracker, disciplinary actions, etc.
Required Skills
Good understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and project-based HR management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR
1-2 years of HR/Admin experience; project-site HR exposure preferred.
