Job Overview:

We are seeking a very senior, highly tenured AWS Engineer with deep experience in enterprise-level cloud migration programs. This role supports a Director within Clients Financial Services organization. Ideal candidates will have worked directly on AWS migration initiatives at Client location, including Gen3 or enterprise-wide modernization programs (CDDR, ETB, etc.).

Required Skill:

• 15+ years of deep experience in AWS Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or Infrastructure Modernization.

• Gen3 migration experience

• Strong background in:

AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, ECS/EKS, etc.)

Migration tooling & frameworks (CloudEndure, Application Discovery, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.)

Landing Zone, security standards, network architecture

• Hands-on experience working on programs with large-scale enterprise impact (CDDR, ETB, or similar).

• Ability to manage migration tasks end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Job Description:

• Lead and execute AWS migration projects in an enterprise environment.

• Work independently on large-scale migration tasks (ETB, CDDR initiatives, etc.).

• Understand and manage end-to-end migration processes, including planning, design, build, test, and cutover.

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement mass organizational changes as part of large cloud programs.

• Provide senior-level technical guidance and ensure alignment with cloud architecture standards.

• Drive Gen3 migrations (preferred), or similar modernization efforts.
