Qualifications

A Master's degree from a NASP-accredited university is required.

A current state-level license and/or certification OR the ability to obtain one.

Experience working with children in school settings is required.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat students experiencing mental health challenges.

Deliver counseling services individually or in small groups.

Work with educators and parents to create effective support strategies, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health interventions in collaboration with school administrators.

Perform additional related duties as needed.
