Assistant Manager - Retail Store

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Manager at Dollar Express, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our customers and supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere by greeting and assisting customers.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.

Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment.

Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing team members on operational practices.

Assist with unloading merchandise from delivery trucks and organizing stock.

Help the Store Manager with ordering, payroll, scheduling, and cash register management.

Participate in loss prevention efforts.

Take on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
