As they continue to grow, we are seeking a talented SAP Testing Specialist to join the team in Columbus, OH, who will take the lead on testing efforts that integrate SAP and Non-SAP processes utilizing state-of-the-art automation tools.

This position involves hands-on testing, designing automation frameworks, leading teams, and closely collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth system performance during a major SAP HRP upgrade from 4.7 to 6.0.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration & Automation:

Integrate SAP and Non-SAP processes using SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN), QTP, and Selenium.

Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.

Test Execution & Management:

Prepare, execute, validate, and document test scripts using SAP Solution Manager, HPQC, and QTP.

Review and assess test scripts developed by other engineers to ensure test quality and compliance.

Plan and execute automation test scripts, log defects, and verify fixes.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor an offshore team, establishing direction, inspiring collaboration, and maintaining a shared vision.

Work closely with the Testing Lead to ensure payroll tests are successfully executed and approved by internal stakeholders and vendors.

Manage daily test status reporting, test entry/exit criteria, and defect tracking.

Stakeholder & Documentation:

Collaborate with Functional and Analyst teams to develop comprehensive test scenarios.

Review Business, Functional, and Technical Requirements as well as Process Design documents.

Gather requirements in Quality Center templates, uploading finalized data into Quality Center for traceability and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in SAP Test Engineering and Automation Testing.

Hands-on expertise with SAP Solution Manager, QTP/UFT, Selenium, and HPQC/ALM.

Strong understanding of SAP HR processes and system upgrades (preferably HRP 4.7 to 6.0).

Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders across all levels.

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing offshore teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
