Program Overview About The Role Human Resources Specialist Journeyman Supports the operational aspects of ongoing HR projects and assists in coordinating activities between project management, planning teams, and line management. Monitors project status, tracks schedules, and helps prepare progress and status reports. Identifies routine project issues and assists in developing solutions to support productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Contributes to processes for tracking project progress and provides administrative and analytical support for project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders. * Provide HR support services to facilitate workforce management, talent development, and compliance with HR policies.

* Support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related initiatives to align with mission objectives and organizational priorities.

* Maintain HR systems data and ensure information is accessible and current.

* Support HR reporting and provide relevant data to assist in the IC Customer decision-making.

* Support hiring processes, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure recruitment efforts align with workforce needs.

* Facilitate policy coordination by preparing the required documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable HR guidelines.

* Support professional development efforts by facilitating workforce learning opportunities and maintaining relevant materials.

* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and interagency partners to support HR initiatives and workforce programs.

* Able to adapt to changing HR requirements and provide support as needed to sustain efficient operations and meet evolving workforce priorities.PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR A PROPOSAL EFFORT Qualifications Required * Minimum of 5 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD

* 4+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

* Current/Active TS/SCI with Poly

* Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-level stakeholders

Desired * 5+ years' experience managing operational projects within a Human Resources Environment ideally in an IC environment.

* Proven experience within the IC environment

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
