Join Culver’s as a Porter/Maintenance Technician, ensuring a pristine, safe restaurant from 6 AM to 10 AM and delivering exceptional guest service on the floor from 10 AM to 2 PM in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Clean floors, restrooms, grills, and bun toasters; powerwash exterior areas (6 AM–10 AM).
Filter fryers, maintain HVAC units, and perform landscape work.
Put away truck orders 2–3 times/week, organizing inventory efficiently.
Ensure a safe, compliant facility through diligent maintenance.
Take orders and prepare food on the floor (10 AM–2 PM).
Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
Promote loyalty programs and seek guest feedback.
Expectations:
Uphold Culver’s operational, safety, and equipment standards.
Collaborate with team members for seamless, high-quality service.
Resolve maintenance issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Demonstrate reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of reliability and problem-solving.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.
Physical stamina for lifting, powerwashing, and landscaping.
Maintenance, powerwashing, or handyman experience preferred; training provided.
Availability for 6 AM–2 PM shifts, including weekends, Sundays, holidays.
Commitment to reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
