Employment Type: Permanent

Compensation: $71,000$105,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (external candidates)Shift Options

Saturday Sunday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Monday: 10:00 AM 9:00 PM

Flexible 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts

The MRI Technologist performs MRI procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist for ambulatory and hospital patients. This role ensures high-quality imaging, patient safety, and accurate documentation in accordance with established protocols.Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI exams following established protocols

Communicate clearly using AIDET to ensure patient safety and comfort

Prepare patients and room, position equipment, and adjust controls as needed

Adhere to safety, infection-control, and radiation policies

Maintain equipment functionality; report issues and support maintenance

Screen all individuals entering MRI environment per safety guidelines

Verify patient history, requisitions, pregnancy status, and required documentation

Maintain accurate imaging records in accordance with department standards

Support inventory management for MRI supplies

Provide training to new team members when assignedKey Success Factors

Knowledgeable in sterile techniques and emergency response

Willingness to participate in call rotation if requiredQualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

01 year of experience (newer techs encouraged to apply)

Licensure/Certification (one of the following):

ARRT (MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging

ARRT (R) Radiography

ARMRIT American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
