Position Overview
MindWeal is hiring a full-time PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents in the St. Louis metro area.
This is a permanent clinical role with a Residency-Style Training Program (First 1 Year) designed to support new graduates entering pediatric psychiatry.

Work Model
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
No nights, weekends, or call
Hybrid schedule:
1 day/week in St. Louis
1 day/week in Maryville, IL
Remaining days remote
Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct structured psychiatric evaluations
Diagnose and treat ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, depression, OCD, trauma-related symptoms, and behavioral concerns
Develop evidence-based treatment plans
Manage medications under supervision
Provide psychoeducation to families
Collaborate with therapists
Maintain accurate documentation
Compensation
Salary: $120,000–$125,000 (new graduate range)
Bonus: Up to $30,000/year (productivity-based, optional)
