CNC Programmer

Colorado Springs, CO $35â 40/hr 1st Shift, Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to create, revise, and optimize complex CNC programs, setups, and tooling for a precision machine shop. This role works closely with engineers, operators, and project managers to ensure parts are manufactured efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and optimize CNC programs, tool lists, and setup sheets.

Interpret and process complex blueprints and job packages.

Program using Mastercam, CAD, and ERP systems; edit drawings and models.

Provide post-process and on-machine programming support (G-code).

Collaborate with engineers, operators, and fabrication teams to improve efficiency.

Ensure programs meet quality, cost, and production requirements.

Qualifications:

5+ years CNC programming experience.

Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and G-code.

Proficiency with Mastercam, CAD, and ERP software.

Experience with FANUC, Haas, and Heidenhain controls.

Ability to hand-program at the machine when needed.

Degree/certification in CAD/CAM or related field preferred.
