Job Description

Flamme Burger Indy is looking for friendly, energetic servers to join our team! We tip-out in cash Daily (on CC tips too)! While posted as "part-time" - - the right candidate will have the opportunity to build to full-time.

As a server, you’ll provide focused, high-level customer service, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a great dining experience. Pre-bussing tables, helping our Guest Experience Team expo food is a required part of the job. We thrive as a team.

Flamme Burger is a scratch-kitchen, a true "food first" restaurant with a myopic focus on the highest quality food and service.

We’re seeking team players with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is a plus.

Licensed in Indiana to serve alcoholic beverages and the availability to work nights and weekends, is required. We are open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.

Our team averages $25-$50 / Hour (depending on shift).
