Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and execute projects including tenant improvements, interior renovations, and small ground-up builds. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision. Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Serve as the client-facing leader, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Special Projects Project Manager should have:

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in special projects or interiors

Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

Experience with occupied space renovations or fast-track schedules preferred

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Thrives in dynamic environments where speed and precision are equally critical
