System Analyst

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to provide in-depth technical systems consultation to internal business clients and senior technical management, ensuring alignment with our Enterprise Architecture. This role requires expertise in conducting complex technology and system assessments while driving impactful solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical systems consultation to business clients and senior technical management

Conduct complex technology and system assessments

Partner with developers and architects to build solutions and resolve system/business problems

Lead and facilitate analysis of current systems, identifying and resolving issues

Facilitate technically complex discussions and working sessions (in-person or virtual)

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated technical expertise in infrastructure design for high-volume, multi-tier applications

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to articulate solutions to both technical and business audiences

Proven ability to influence management on technical or business solutions

Knowledge of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles, microservices, and containers

Hands?on experience with on?premises and Public Cloud technologies (ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, Docker)

Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps concepts, and SRE principles

Working knowledge of JSON, SQL, and YAML

Experience with RESTful API design

Understanding of Agile practices and ability to collaborate with Agile teams to define and track user stories

Preferred Background

Experience leading large-scale Digital Transformation projects

Track record of facilitating cross?functional collaboration and problem resolution
