Operating a portfolio of company-owned locations and a central production kitchen, the brand delivers elevated Mediterranean-Italian fare, signature desserts and specialty coffee to a rapidly growing guest base.

Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: General Manager / Operations Manager
Supervises: Sales Executives, Corporate Sales Coordinators, Customer Relations Staff

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships, catering sales, events, delivery channels, and B2B opportunities. This role focuses on expanding the market reach by developing strategic relationships, promoting brand offerings, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager ensures strong customer relations, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with Marketing and Operations to deliver successful sales initiatives.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in corporate, catering, events, and institutional sectors.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
Propose new services, packages, or promotions to increase sales.
2. Corporate & B2B Sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, and partners.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Manage corporate accounts and ensure excellent after-sales support.
Attend business meetings, networking events, and trade shows to represent the brand.
3. Catering, Events & Delivery Sales
Lead the sales efforts for catering, bulk orders, special occasions, and seasonal packages.
Coordinate with the Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure successful event execution.
Work with delivery platforms and aggregators to increase online sales performance.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and service.
Address client concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Develop long-term partnerships that generate repeat business.
5. Sales Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor the sales team, ensuring strong performance and professionalism.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and daily action plans for team members.
Conduct training on customer handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Evaluate performance through reports and meetings.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Monitor sales performance and analyze data to improve strategies.
Coordinate with Finance for billing, AR follow-up, and contract payments.
Generate forecasts and pipeline reports for planning and budgeting.
7. Collaboration With Other Departments
Work closely with Marketing to execute promotional campaigns and branding activities.
Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen teams for product availability and service quality.
Support product launches, menu promotions, and customer engagement events.
8. Compliance & Professional Standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, client records, and agreements.
Represent the company with professionalism and strong brand awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record in corporate sales, catering, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership ability and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
