As a Product Director in HR Analytics, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Lead the HR Analytics implementation of Databricks Genie for conversational text-to-data capabilities. Partner deeply with Product and Technology to embed Genie into key HR channels (e.g., Moveworks, RAGs) and ensure robust agentic architecture, seamless integration, and high-quality delivery. Accountable for configuration, testing, and ongoing optimization of Genie for HR analytics use cases.

This role is critical for modernizing HR analytics. The candidate will drive Genie adoption, ensure robust testing and configuration, and deliver measurable business impact-while partnering across Product, and Technology.

Job responsibilities

Collaborate with Product teams to identify and prioritize HR channels for Genie integration (e.g., Moveworks, other RAGs)

Drive adoption and embed Genie into HR workflows to maximize business impact

Partner with Technology on agentic architecture, ensuring Genie outputs are surfaced and callable by other AI systems

Oversee integration with HR data platforms and ensure alignment with firmwide AI infrastructure

Own and execute rigorous testing across Genie model releases and major changes

Develop and maintain testing frameworks to validate accuracy, reliability, and compliance

Manage Genie configuration from the HR side, including SQL libraries and query logic

Partner with CDO on data governance, semantics, cataloguing, and access controls

Serve as the primary HR Analytics point of contact for Genie, driving alignment across HR, Product, and Technology

Deliver usage metrics, feedback loops, and impact analysis to senior leadership Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering data/AI products, projects, or technology applications

BS/MS/PhD in Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, or related field

Experience implementing conversational AI or text-to-data solutions at scale

Strong background in testing, quality assurance, and model validation

Deep expertise in data governance, configuration, and integration with enterprise platforms

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Recognized thought leader within a related field

5+ years in regulated environments

Experience in financial services, HR, or regulated industries

Familiarity with Databricks Genie, Moveworks, and agentic AI architectures

Track record of scaling AI/ML solutions across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
