Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2060-$2110 Telemetry RN Job Details

Location: Laconia, NH (float between Laconia, Franklin, and Concord Main as needed)

Assignment Length: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 26 weeks)

Start Date: December 6, 2025

End Date: March 6, 2026

Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 3 shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license (required at time of application)

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in Telemetry or related specialty

Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications

Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam (minimum 80%) during onboarding

Experience with Cardizem and Insulin drips (hyperglycemia management), and Phenobarbital on Telemetry units

Two recent Charge/Manager RN references in Telemetry or MedSurg specialty

Skills checklist matching Telemetry nursing specialty

Updated resume documenting travel nurse experience (first-time travelers with strong clinical background considered)

NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses

EMR experience with Cerner preferred Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care on Telemetry and MedSurg units

Float between Laconia, Franklin, and Concord Main campuses as needed

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and manage IV drips

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced float pool environment
