Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LPHA) Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LPHA) to join our team at Amethyst Behavioral Health. In this role, you will provide direct care services to clients with acute mental illness and SUD while collaborating with counseling and administrative staff to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment interventions. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $40 to $50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess resident needs: Collaborate with referring agencies, families, and relevant parties to evaluate mental or emotional disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.

Conduct therapeutic interventions: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and specialized assessments within your scope of licensure.

Develop and implement treatment plans: Design personalized plans based on comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients, representatives, and community agencies to carry them out.

Document patient progress: Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

Provide consultation and collaboration: Offer guidance to peer clinicians and collaborate with Behavioral Health Technicians, Resource Specialists, and County partners for holistic care.

Respond to crises: Provide crisis interventions and incident reports as needed.

Maintain professional knowledge and skills: Stay current with trends and developments in the field through educational workshops and training.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards: Work effectively with diverse populations, maintain confidentiality, and comply with relevant regulations, including those governing mental health services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LPHA in good standing.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards.

Knowledge of CFR Titles 9, 22, and 42, HIPAA, OSHA, and Health and Safety Codes.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
