Job Description
Oversee general trades projects including interiors, renovations, and specialty scopes
Prepare and review estimates, budgets, and proposals to ensure competitive pricing
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams for seamless execution
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks
Serve as the client-facing leader, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Balance dual responsibilities of estimating and project management to drive success

The Successful Applicant
A successful General Trades Project Manager/Estimator should have:
5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on general trades
Strong background in estimating, budgeting, and bid preparation
Proficiency in construction management and estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Thrives in environments where both technical and client-facing skills are essential
