Job Title: PEMB Estimator (Remote) - MBS Experience Required

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PEMB Estimator with strong proficiency in Metal Building Software (MBS) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience estimating pre-engineered metal buildings and a solid understanding of PEMB components, assemblies, and industry standards. This role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for pre-engineered metal building projects

Perform detailed take-offs using MBS

Review project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements

Generate proposals, pricing sheets, and supporting documentation

Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management teams

Evaluate design options and provide cost-effective recommendations

Maintain knowledge of PEMB products, assemblies, and market pricing

Support bid strategy and assist with follow-up on pending proposals

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience estimating PEMB / metal building systems

Proficiency with MBS software required

Strong understanding of PEMB design, components, and construction methods

Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
