Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Take the lead in maintaining a thriving apartment community! We're hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily operations

Oversee apartment turnovers, work orders, and preventative maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety and property standards

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Communicate effectively with residents and property management

Requirements

EPA Type II or Universal Certification required

Previous experience in apartment, property, or commercial maintenance

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to work full-time schedule (M-F, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
