What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and energize electrical apprentices

Champion a zero-unsafe-acts culture

Guide training across overhead, underground, and substation work

Teach electrical distribution skills, OSHA, and CDL prep

Evaluate apprentices for advancement and growth

Support storm/emergency operations when neededWhat You Bring

5+ years in electrical operations (journeyman/apprentice/substation experience ideal)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid understanding of electrical safety practices

Ability to motivate, train, and inspire
