SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work at a facility in Stockton, CA. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $48 / hour

*1099

Shifts Available:

Area: Medical OT-8HR Class: SLP Shift: 1 Start: 07:30:00 End: 16:00:00 Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a Speech Language Pathologist

Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Familiarity with medical terminology

CPR card issued by the American Heart Association

Must have up to date certification in the state of CA

You must have at least one year of PAID experience for these positions Responsibilities:

Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.

Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.

Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.

Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.

Reporting progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals. If interested, please apply through this job post.
