Role Description

This is a Part-time, remote role for the position of Active Listener. The role involves supporting individuals by actively listening to their stories, concerns, and emotions. You will ensure a non-judgmental and empathetic interaction, offer a compassionate ear, and help guide individuals toward clarity and well-being. Listening with respect and maintaining confidentiality are fundamental responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

Strong listening and empathy skills to provide emotional support. Understanding of non verbal cues

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and understanding.

Ability to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals to share their experiences.

Experience or training in counseling, social work, psychology, or related subject

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Patience, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work online video audio one-2-one conversation

Multi-language understanding an skills will be advantage.
