Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in a mental health–related field.
Active and unrestricted licensure such as LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP (accepted on a state-by-state basis).
Valid NPI number.
Active malpractice insurance.
Interest in establishing or expanding a private practice supported by insurance-based services.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in private practice or outpatient clinical environments.
