Key Responsibilities
Lead with Vision: Drive the development and execution of OCCHC’s strategic and operational plans.
Build Community Connections: Forge strong partnerships with funders, local government, and community organizations.
Strengthen Governance: Partner with the Board of Directors to enable informed, strategic decisions.
Drive Financial Stability: Lead annual budgeting and financial planning.
Champion People & Culture: Foster an inclusive, values-driven workplace, that attracts, develops and retains top talent.
Purpose of the Role
Advance the mission, vision, and values of OCCHC in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all areas of the organization.
Champion health equity and community development in every aspect of service delivery.
Guide the organization through change and growth, ensuring sustainability and innovation.
What You Bring
5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in community health or social services.
Master’s degree in business, public/health administration, or human services (or equivalent experience).
Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop innovative programs.
Experience in securing funding and creating sustainability plans.
Strong track record of collaboration with Boards, government, and community partners.
