Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Waukesha, WI

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:

Engauge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator for a reputable manufacturing client in Waukesha. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers a clean and friendly work environment, on-the-job training, and excellent benefits once hired on.

As a Machine Operator, you will work in a manufacturing setting crimping end pieces onto rods and performing additional production tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do:

Operate equipment to crimp end pieces onto rods

Perform general production and machine operating tasks as assigned

Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout production

Work independently once trained

Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and listening)
