Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Therapy Clinic

Location: Harrison, AR

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Monday–Thursday

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with communication, speech, and language disorders to improve their ability to connect, express themselves, and participate meaningfully in everyday activities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, play-focused approaches.

Provide therapy targeting articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to create home programs and promote carryover of skills.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with clinic and insurance standards.

Work collaboratively with occupational and physical therapists for integrated, whole-child care.

Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinic events as needed.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility.

Active state license (or eligibility for licensure).

Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, early intervention, or school-based).

Strong understanding of developmental milestones, speech-language disorders, and family-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.
