This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their Accounting/Finance career and experience on the job training/mentorship.

Core Responsibilities:

- Summarize details in separate ledgers and transfer data to general ledger.

- Reconcile and balance accounts.

- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets; reconcile GL expense to asset accounting system.

- This person is responsible for reconciling fixed assets, reconciling the lease accounting system with GAAP GL Accounts in the accounting system.

- Compile reports to show cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.

Qualifications:

- Ideally 2-3 years of relatable accounting experience

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

- Strong Microsoft Excel skill level

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication
