Job Description

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all processes.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.

Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing staff.

Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the production environment.

Maintain documentation and reports related to manufacturing activities and improvements. The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Manufacturing Engineer should have:

A strong background in manufacturing and engineering principles, particularly within the plastics industry.

Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and data analysis tools.
