Senior Site Manager

Criterion Capital is seeking a Senior Site Manager to help deliver a large cladding project in Bracknell. The role will include dealing with the day to day on-site management of the site. The project is a large residential project and the package is valued at around £4m including rendering, cladding, and single ply roofing replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for day to day management including taking corrective action where necessary, and progressing them through to completion.

To liaise with project managers with all daily tasks relating to the site

To provide regular information and reports on progress and achievement of key milestones and project objectives.

To ensure accurate records are kept and documents filed.

To lead and motivate site teams, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency of delivery.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, organisational policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, equality and diversity and quality

Carry out other duties from time to time as required by the employer.

About You:

Expertise in site management construction across a range of building and use types

5 years experience of effectively site managing construction schemes and people

Excellent understanding of construction technology including design and construction defects and how to avoid them.

Experience in external packages is ideal
