Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 4 days per week, 10:00am – 3:00pm

Term Time Only: Yes – 30 working weeks per year (paid for 33.607 weeks)

Salary: £8,206.83 per annum (equated hourly rate: £7.86)

Join Our Catering Team at Seevic USP College

We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our friendly and professional catering team at Seevic USP College in Benfleet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role and wants to be part of a vibrant college environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be supporting the daily food and beverage service, including:

Providing excellent customer service to students and staff

Operating the till and handling payments

Preparing and serving food and drinks, including Starbucks beverages

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the catering area

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and time management skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in catering or customer service is helpful but not essential
