This is a direct hire position with our client in the Groveport/Lockbourne Area.
Monday-Friday 8a-5p
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Oversees the activities of Client Service Specialists. Develops client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent client service and satisfaction. Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine client complaints. Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates, or service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Supervises the work of a team of Client Service Specialists
• Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly
• Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures
• Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues
• Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum seven years industry experience required
• Minimum five years supervisory experience required
