Job Description

Talent Corps is seeking reliable Laborers with Concrete Experience to join our team on a long-term concrete project in Lytle, TX (San Antonio area).

This is an excellent opportunity to work full-time with steady overtime while gaining valuable experience in large-scale concrete construction.

Pay & Schedule:

$18–21/hr (based on experience)

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Regular overtime available (5x10s + 8hrs Saturdays)

Long-term project running through 2027

Job Duties:

Assist concrete finishers and form carpenters on site

Prepare and stage materials for pours

Place, vibrate, and help with finishing concrete

General site cleanup and debris removal

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Dig, lift, and move heavy objects as needed

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

Prior construction or concrete site experience

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn concrete skills

Must own and provide required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety vest, work boots, and gloves

Reliable transportation to the job site (Lytle, TX)

Must complete safety/orientation training (provided)

Must be able to pass a drug screen and badging process

OSHA certification a plus, but not required
