Non-Negotiable Requirements
Diploma in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply Chain / Procurement (NQF 5)
Up to 5 years experience in warehousing, stock control, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
12 years supervisory or team leader experience
Strong computer literacy (MS Office and SAP/ERP systems)
Valid drivers licenceKey Responsibilities
Oversee stock control including cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and variance investigations
Enforce FIFO / LOS principles and ensure accurate storage, coding, and scrap removal
Maintain data integrity on SAP; manage credit notes, invoices, and reporting spreadsheets
Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and company standards while minimising stock losses
Represent the Company in stakeholder meetings and resolve warehousing issues quickly and professionally
Supervise drivers, forklift operators, and warehouse crew, including performance appraisals and training
Support budgeting, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives
Maintain high customer service standards and resolve internal/external queries promptly
