Select provides the widest and deepest array of event rental products and services available to event professionals. The Install Crew position is involved in the construction, temporary building and installation of tents and structures at events under the direction of the job Foremen.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Following the best practices for safety
Communicate in a friendly, professional, and effective manner with customers and co-workers
Load and unload trucks and trailers
Transport materials between vehicle and installation site
Construct, install, and remove multiple styles of tents and other equipment
Work in a focused, team environment
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Must have a positive attitude
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively
Must be able to utilize problem solving skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
Good hand-eye coordination
Familiarity with power tools
Must be at least 18 years of age
