SALARY: $71,339-$89,173

We are seeking a skilled and solutions-driven IT Programmer to support the design, development and maintenance of our organizations information systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing SQL queries and Crystal Reports, maintaining database performance, managing system upgrades and ensuring data accuracy and security across multiple platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience. 4-5 years of experience in IT programming, systems administration or database management. Strong knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Server is required. Experience with enterprise systems such as Genfare, Trapeze and Vontas preferred.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS: • Design and write queries, reports and interfaces using SQL and Crystal Reports • Write and modify software programs, including scripts for database maintenance • Perform database administration and ensure regular backups and data accuracy • Manage system upgrades, replacements and performance audits • Troubleshoot and resolve software, database and interface malfunctions • Collaborate with departments to ensure IT systems meet operational needs • Document systems and procedures for future support and reference • Support integration of mobile data technologies and vehicle location systems • Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when needed
