About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to guide product development and take ownership of significant product features across the frontend, backend, and integration layers. Your contributions will directly impact the product's trajectory and lay the groundwork for Lumena's platform.

What You'll Do

Design and implement the core application builder, serving as the orchestration layer that connects workflows, agents, and front-end views.

Develop and enhance Lumena's TypeScript-based backend and modern frontend stack (React + Tailwind).

Create dynamic frontend interfaces for dashboards, forms, and workflows that combine human and AI inputs.

Work alongside the applied engineering team to embed automation and intelligence across various systems.

Shape and sustain the integration layer that links REST APIs, SQL databases, and third-party services.

Establish and uphold best practices in product engineering, architecture, and developer experience as the company grows.

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

4-15 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.

A background in early-stage startups or high-growth settings.

Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and contemporary frontend frameworks (React, Tailwind).

Experience in designing complex architectures, asynchronous workflows, and various integrations.

Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience developing or integrating AI / LLM-powered applications.

Familiarity with orchestration/workflow frameworks such as Temporal.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience handling enterprise-grade issues: secure hosting (VPCs), observability, identity & compliance.
