Your Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnosing and troubleshooting appliance issues using technical manuals and schematics.

Repairing a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.

Providing outstanding customer service through effective communication about repair processes and timelines.

Maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.

Collaborating with team members to enhance efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

Preferred experience as a service technician or in a similar field service role.

Strong mechanical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation.
