About the Role:

As a HR Generalist/Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying top healthcare talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical teams to ensure our workforce is staffed with skilled professionals.

Salary: $47,000 - $49,000

Key Responsibilities:

Post and manage job listings for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.

Coordinate interviews with department leads and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Assist with reference checks and background screenings.

Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to department leaders to support informed hiring decisions.

Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and ensuring completion of required documentation.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS/ATS systems.

Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.

Assist with employee relations by helping address general HR questions and escalating concerns as needed.

Help ensure company HR policies are up to date and consistently followed.

Support compliance efforts related to labor laws, credentialing requirements, and organizational policies.

Coordinate training sessions, compliance training reminders, or employee engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar Human Resources role

1–2 years of high-volume recruiting

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of healthcare staffing or credentialing is a plus.

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
