5. Experience with communicating directly with C-level suite and management teams of the client.
6. Strong experience in the public sector.
7. Strong experience in the Health and Human Services area.
8. Strong stakeholder management skills.
9. Strong schedule management skills.
10. Effective communication with cross vendor teams.
11. Strong experience in project governance including data governance.
12. Experience with establishing operational processes and procedures.
Must have
1. 10+ years of experience in the systems and solution architecture
2. 8+ years of experience in project management.
3. 5+ years of experience working in a .NET application environment.
4. 5+years of experience in Azure cloud technologies.
5. At least 5+ years of experience in directly managing and leading a team of at least 8-10 team members.
6. Certified in Architecture certifications
7. Certified in SCRUM and/or PMP.
8. 8+ years of experience in systems design, primarily integration and data architecture and design.
9. 5+ years of experience implementing and working on 3rd party COTS applications.
10. Performing AS-IS and TO-BE analysis.
11. Documenting solution and integration architecture.
12. Experience testing third party applications.
