Salesforce Developer-Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Required Skills

Create and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings.

Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support applications.

Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages and Lightning Web Components.

Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.

Proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.

DevOps/release management experience.

Assisting with requirements gathering, design, and development.

Creating test cases or test scripts for unit testing.

Performing production support for IT systems.

Leading focused discussions on technical topics.

Reading/Creating technical system documents.

Communicating and collaborating within different sections of IT and business areas. Desired Skills

Identify unused or underutilized platform features.

Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.

Leading and guiding junior developers.
