ACH experience for commercial clients (operations, hands dirty)

The Commercial Bank's (CML) Treasury Management Product Team is transforming how businesses operate, building top-tier client and associate experiences using secure, best in class technology. The TM Product Team is responsible for supporting all client-facing products as well as associate-facing tools, operations, and sales support.

Technology is a critical component of Commercial Banking's Strategic direction as we continue to deploy innovative financial technologies that drive clients to reimagine their Treasury Management models, architectures and governance.

Given our focus to modernize our end to end ACH processing ecosystem we are looking for an ACH expert with the following qualifications:

10+ years of ACH expertise for Commercial clients (operational and/or product management)

Have excellent communication and partnership skills, to interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Have the ability to review functional and technical documentation, and analysis of data

Strategic thinker with the ability to dig in, analyze data and document solution alternatives

Have strong problem solving skills

Have excellent presentation skills

Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a large organization

Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of others and develop relationships across the organization

Ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capacities
