Clearance: Minimum Active Secret Clearance
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Network Contractor to support the Naval Research Laboratory's network infrastructure and voice systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Cisco routing and switching, as well as hands-on expertise with VOIP and call management systems.
Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches in a complex network environment
Manage and support VOIP systems including CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Call Manager, and Call Gateway devices
Deploy, configure, and support VOIP phones and related communication technologies
Perform routine network performance monitoring, optimization, and upgrades
Ensure network security and compliance with DoD and NRL standards
Work closely with technical teams to resolve network and system issues
Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, changes, and procedures Required Qualifications:
7+ years of professional network telecommunications experience
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches
Proficiency with VOIP technologies, including CUCM, Call Manager, Call Gateway, and VOIP phone configuration
Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
