Job Opportunity in Columbus, OH
We are seeking a skilled professional with market sector experience, business acumen, and strong communication and client relationship skills. This role requires aesthetic sensitivity and technical competency, with full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsized projects.
The successful candidate will prepare strategic plans for project success and coordinate all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. As the primary client liaison, you will work to bring schedules, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Actively managing client budgets, schedules, and programs
Overseeing project communications and documentation
Handling office administrative tasks and project team assignments
Estimating fees, determining scope of work, and preparing proposals and contracts
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program, plus 8 years of experience. Being a registered architect is preferred. Experience with Healthcare Design is required, while experience with Science and Technology, Higher Education, or Workplace Design is a plus.
