**Warehouse Lead- $25-26/hr**
**Job Description**
The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing daily logistics operations. This position requires directing staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and meeting shipping and receiving goals. The Warehouse Lead serves as a liaison between management and floor staff, actively troubleshooting issues, training new hires, and operating equipment to maintain efficient and accurate workflows.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
+ Direct and manage staff activities to meet shipping and receiving goals.
+ Manage inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.
+ Act as a bridge between management and floor staff, addressing any issues that arise.
+ Train new hires to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills.
+ Operate equipment such as forklifts to support logistical operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in inventory control and management.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
+ Ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
+ Forklift operation skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in training and developing new staff.
