Warehouse Management Specialist

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:

• Monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels, ensuring consistency between physical inventory and system data using WMS and ERP systems.

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, staging, storage, and shipment of goods.

• Coordinate transloading operations, container movements, and transportation schedules with carriers, truck drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Implement quality control processes for incoming and outgoing goods, addressing and resolving any discrepancies in product quality.

• Track and analyze operational data, prepare weekly KPI reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and workflow.

• Manage warehouse equipment and operational supplies, ensuring proper maintenance, availability, and safe usage.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, health protocols, and regulatory requirements across warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and at least 6 months of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management.
